Of course, we don't mean that you have to start from raw steel in order to make your gun... we expect that you'll start with a basic paintball gun and begin a fun journey of modifications from there. In the end, the goal is to have the sickest gun on the field, and to get that gun built with as little spending of your own cash as is possible.
